January 15-April 1: Henry F. Walling and the Elevation of American Mapmaking

This exhibition will use maps, atlases and other material to document the prolific career of mapmaker Henry Frances Walling (1825-1888).  Co-curated by Michael Buehler of Boston Rare Maps and David Cobb of the Harvard Map Collection, it will be on display at Harvard's Pusey Library from January 15 - April 1, 2008.

April 4-6: 2008 New York Antiquarian Book Fair

As a new member of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America (ABAA), Boston Rare Maps will be exhibiting for the first time at the East Coast’s premier antiquarian book, map and print fair.  The event will be held on Friday-Sunday, April 2-6, 2008 at the Park Avenue Armory at 643 Park Avenue in New York City.

April 12-13: Boston Antiques Show

Boston Rare Maps will be exhibiting at this superbly-run event featuring over one hundred dealers.  As an added plus for book, map and print lovers, the Boston Antiquarian Book and Ephemera Show will take place concurrently.
